• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The buffet breakfast is included in the daily room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, we settle the bill on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Champagne Garden Hotel has 2 floors which can all be reached by lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and private and all elegantly furnished with tapestry on the walls, stucco decoration and marble baths.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but there is a wide terrace in common area.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, sorry.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is the TV (no satellite) in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are equipped with direct-dial telephones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are air-conditioned, this is included in the daily room rate.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, sorry.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are many paying parking near the Hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Cars can be rented at the main railway station "Termini", near the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are two airports in Rome: Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino. Both are about 30 km from the centre of Rome.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  There is a shuttle service at the corner of "Hotel Reservation" that connects Fiumicino Airport to the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is Piazza Indipendenza.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop are Termini and Castro Pretorio, 300m from the Hotel (line A and B).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, no pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we only serve breakfast. However with great pleasure we will recommend you various nice restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias near our hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
