• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is meant per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Italian breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill can be settled upon departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are located on the second floor and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Towels are provided by the house and they are changed every day.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV in every room and it has international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is and it is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in town.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Leonardo Da Vinci (Fiumicino) is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is about 100 metres away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Stazione Termini is the nearest train station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest Metro stop is Piazza della Repubblica and it is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, it is possible to connect to the Internet from your room.
