  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.

  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Yes.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One of the rooms has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are equipped with telephone and satellite tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have individually controlled air conditioning and heating and there is not any extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes. We have Free Internet/E-mail point and also Wireless Free Internet Access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking facilities.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental offices in the city centre or at Termini Railway Station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Airport is about 35 km away
  Ciampino Airport is about 25 Km away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is 50 yards away ( Bus N. 40 - 60 - 64 - 70 - 116T - 170 ).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Stazione Termini is about 5 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest Metro ( underground / subway ) stop is Opera Tearte - Repubblica ( A Line ). It is only 1 block away ( 80 yards ).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
