• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, we do not serve breakfast as the apartment is self contained.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes. Please note that you can pay by cash only.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are on the 1st floor of a building of 6 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the apartment is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is but there are italian channels only.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, the kitchen and the living room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do (extra charge).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking available at extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The rental car AVIS is at 700 mt far from us.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Cavour (100 meters).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Lepanto (500 meters).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can (extra charge).
