Very good, would stay there again Liked the internet access in the rome although a little difficult to use. Ask for a keyboard at reception. Breakfast very good. Location couldn't be better as very close to Colliseum

The hotel clerk was very welcoming and helpful upon our arrival. It was a great beginning to our stay.

All the staff was friendly and helpful. They were very approachable. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was better than described. We enjoyed it very much. The location was perfect, only a block from the Colosseum and close to public transportation.

The perfect location in the heart of ancient Rome. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. The Colosseum is nearly at your doorstep. It is on a quiet side street, has an exceptionally helpful staff who make you feel welcomed and very comfortable rooms.

Ability to 'chat' with front desk online to mkae arrangements for private car from the airport prior to departing NY was great! Receptionist (wish I could remember his name) was very helpful since we were in Rome during the Pope's funeral and had to change plans.

This was a fantastic hotel for a very reasonable price. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Any issues I had were immediately addressed and taken care of. Also, the location could not be better- so close to the Colosseum, yet out of the way from the tourist paths. I would suggest staying at this hotel to all of my friends. We had been advised that a transfer from the airport was available at a cost of €48.00. It would be very handy to know the cost compared to approximate taxi fares. We forgot to book the transfer and our taxi fare cost €65.00 and left us several roads away so we took the transfer back and were very pleased with it - highly recommended

The room was very clean and had all the amenities described however it was a lot smaller looking than those advertised on the website. This was not a problem though as we spent so little time there anyway. The airconditioning was a Godsend.

I would say that it was not the cheapest place we looked at nor the dearest however it was ideally located just around the corner from the Colosseum. The area was very quiet, it had lots of restaurants a stone's throw away and the cobblestoned streets were very romantic. I am very glad I stayed here rather around the Spanish Steps or Termini area as I found them nice to visit but too noisy to stay in. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very nice. Finally I would definitely recommend the transfer to and from the airport provided by the hotel.

We got fabulous service at this hotel. All of the employees there were wonderful.

The photos made the hotel look much larger than it was. The rooms were small and we were upgraded to a Junior Suite. We felt that the price was excessive for the accomodations. The service was so good that it made the experience palatable.

While the hotel could have been better- tight room, leaky shower stall, and in the shadows of other buildings, the service was so good that it made up for our upset. The front desk attendants were wonderful answering our every need. The breakfast hostess was very solictous and made great coffee. They made our trip.

We were very pleased with our hotel accommodations and with the hotel staff. We would stay at Hotel Fori Imperiali again in any upcoming visit to Rome. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is ideally located within a short walk to the Colosseum and Forum area, but yet in a quiet street area. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with good air conditioning.

The hotel location is excellent - where else can you have the Colosseum on your doorstp?! Whilstthe hotel is very compact and the size of the rooms small, they are well equipped and served us well. The hotel was very clean, the staff superb and very helpful.

We were collected from the airport as arranged with the hotel- the driver and the car were both very smart, and were waiting for us despite the plane being over 2 hours late.

I was very pleased with all aspects of my stay. The location of the hotel is excellent (a couple of blocks from Via Cavour and a couple of blocks from the Colosseum). In spite of the busy area, the hotel and our room were very quiet. There were also many restaurants in the area.

The taxi from the airport did not know the hotel so he left us two blocks before the hotel, it was unconfortable, it is not your fault but what I would like recomended to you is offers taxis or give information about wich is the best option to go to the hotel. (metro, names of taxis companies,etc).

Although we had a junior suite the room itself was quite cramped, although the balcony / terrace was extremely spacious.
Lift is very small if you have lots of luggage.

Breakfast was adequate but not that special. For the overall charge they are making they should try harder in this area.

The furnishings were somewhat shabbier than I expected from the web site photos. For example, the chair in our room really wasn't usable because the seat cushion was so dirty. Also, the chair covering of one of the dining room chairs was in shreds. Other aspects, such as the evening cocktails and breakfast, were better than expected.

Check out took some time, primarily because there was only one person at the desk and a guest was spending an excessive amount of time asking questions re tours, car rentals etc.

The hotel had evening cocktails from 7:30 to 8:30 with drinks and snacks that was very nice. Breakfast was also very good, with attentive staff that made sure coffee was served and there was plenty of food.

I would describe it as perfectly acceptable hotel. Rooms are small, but manageable. Furnishings are a little dated. Bathrooms are clean, except for some mold on the shower door. Staff is friendly and polite.

Sound proofing between rooms is less than desirable.

it was lovely and with a great location. The manager was very helpful. He showed us a great local restaurant just around the corner where the food was super. Complimentary wine from the hotel's own vineyard up north was available in the lounge area at happy hour.
Only drawback was that the room was noisy but that was because we had a moaner in the next room. Must say it was a bit entertaining!
