• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All our prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The price is inclusive of American Buffet Breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  5 Floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our Junior Suite have a very big and lovely terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We please all our guest to no smoke in the hotel.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms are with Air conditioning for all the year and the service is incluse in the rate.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All our rooms have a free internet connection by TV.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  On request.
• Where can we rent a car?
  By phone, directly from the hotel reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino, 15km 20 minutes by taxi - Fiumicino 30 km - 35 minutes by taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station - 1 subway stop. 5 minutes by taxi.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The metro stop Colosseum is at 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are a lot of restaurant very close.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
