• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Rich continental buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  No, only at check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and Romanian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  External ones and terraces on the tower suite.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one junior suite.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  every room has international channels: BBC,CNN, ZDF, FRANCE2.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, it is free and it is available all year.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Free lan type Internet in every room and Wi-Fi wireless in the common areas (we can provide lan wireless and Wi-Fi card).
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a semi olympic swimming pool open from May to October!
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are two main parking areas.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car 5 km from our hotel or at the airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino International Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No from the airport! Only to the nearest train station "LA GIUSTINIANA". Tour and retour in the morning at 09.00 and 12.00 and evening at 16.00 and 20.00.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Barbatini/Cassia BUS 223 and 201 or 322 from "LA GIUSTINIANA" .
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  "LA GIUSTINIANA".
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  "LA GIUSTINIANA" to reach from Termini take metro A direction "BATTISTINI" and stop at Valle Aurelia then change to a train direction "CESANO" or "VITERBO" and stop at "LA GIUSTINIANA" from there you can either take bus N° 223, 201, 322 and stop at "LA CASTELLUCCIA".
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We have our beautiful SPA with two big Jacuzzi, Turkish bath (Steamer) and Swedish shower.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes very romantic with fireplace and terrace closed on monday.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  We provide free broadband internet lan type in every room (Wireless provided at the reception) and payable WI-FI wireless type in the common areas.
