The room was very clean, although not very big, but it was comfortable. Room was quiet and hotel is conveniently located near the Termini.

When I checked out, I left my mobile phone in the room. Having realised it only some 2-3 hours after that, I called up the hotel and a particular Mr. Sandro was extremely helpful and assured me that he'll keep my mobile phone for me until I return to Rome some 8 days later. I was very thankful and need not worry, and got back my mobile phone after that. Am very grateful indeed.

the receptionist was excellent - we arrived early and he aranged our rooms for us so we could freshen up after a long flight; rooms were clean, maybe a little small but better than we expected.
Only letdown was breakfast - fresh pastry/cornetti would have been better than dried toast

The location was a big bonus once we got our bearings. Concierge were great and sent us in the direction of Trevestere which he called the real Rome - wandering those streets and laneways was one of the highlights. The room was quiet and clean.
I have not hesitation forwarding my recommendation.

We were able to check out and leave our lugguge until the evening - no problem at all.

the bathroom was so incredibly small that my
husband couln't fit in the shower door
without partially removing it.- he is not a
big man. I am small and could only fit in
sideways!! Europe has very small bathrooms
but that was ridiculous.

for anybody over 65 kilos. No breakfast
facility, it was by voucher - for one roll
only, with a coffee at the cafe next door.

We were told that we would be sharing a bathroom with only 1 other room, but it seemed that several rooms were sharing the same bathroom, which made it a bit inconvenient in the mornings to get ready. Other than that, it was a good stay.

I asked prior to arrival for a room that would be in a quiet area and that is what I got. It worked out real well as we could rest in the afternoon after traveling all night.

Request rooms that are away from the main hallway and near the reception area. Area near reception office is noisy.

A very standard hotel, nothing flashy, dont expect a huge room or bathroom. The bathroom was tiny in our room, but it was clean, comfy enough and hadsome good cafes nearby

Do not rely on Hotel Staff for assistance. It appears that they save their friendliness for the check in. The linen needs upgrading.

Overall we had a good experience at the hotel. Only problem we faced was with the elevator, which sometimes gets stuck at a different floor and you have to walk up 5 floors. Particularly at the end of the day, when we were tired, seemed bit too much. There should be a better system so that the elevator doors should lock automatically after each use.

I will continue to use this hotel for my student groups. It's well located and good for my educational purposes. Check-in and check-out have always been a challenge, but so is travel (as opposed to tourism) in general.

Room was not ready but receptionist allowed us to freshen up in another room. Also ensured that the room was preparedd straight away.

I felt that the man who checked us in was very abrupt and only said what he had to - no extra pleasantries!!

The location of our room was too far from the bathroom. we were close to reception which was noisy with phonecalls, buzzing for entry from street, early morning staff talking loud to each other. Not at all private when we were in night wear to go to the bathroom.

The reception area is not well sign posted. We had no idea where to go when we arrived at the lift on the ground floor. Perhaps there should be a sign directing people to the reception.

The rooms were very small but they were clean and the bathroom was spacious.
The rooms very noisy however.
We got a voucher to go next door to a coffee shop for breakfast on our first morning there. We were asked what drink we wanted i.e. tea or coffee or orange juice. However they just handed us a slice of cake (along with our drink) and gave us no choice in what we would like to eat for breakfast. We ended up going elsewhere to eat for the rest of the duration of our stay. For this reason, I think the breakfast arrangements could definately be improved!
