• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not available.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and a little German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and there is one elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, one of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, two of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, 5 rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, but not yet with international channels (they will be soon available).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Soon but not yet.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Some of the rooms have air conditioning and it is included in the price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Nearby there is a garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask at the reception desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino or Ciampino can be both easily reached by public transport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  20 metres.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Termini.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small animals on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many nice restaurants in the area.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
