• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Italian Breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, in fact the bill has to be settled upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The property is located on the first floor and the elevator stops at the second floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, there is a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, those overlooking the courtyard.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the telephone set is in the corridor. Calls for city district are free.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning without extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a swimming pool 500 metres away.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You can park in the street. Otherwise there is also a private park.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Nearby you have a car rental agency, it is only 500 metres away.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  FIiumicino or Ciampino airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, you can.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Viale Giulio Cesare.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  San Pietro-Ottaviano.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there is a fitness centre 200 metres away.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many nice restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
