    No.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Italian, English and Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    In the building there are 4 floors. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is an elevator.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, they are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?

    Yes, there is a television but there are no international channels.
