• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Of course, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you are more than welcome to do so.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak good English, and if you are lucky (if check in is done by Laura) then we will also French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  No elevator is available in this building (it is a 16th century building) and the apartment is on the 2nd floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartment offers a beautiful view of the Church.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Of course we provide sheets amd towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, it does not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, it does not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The apartment is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a large TV with DVD and VHS player and a Satellite decoder.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning everyhere in the flat.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not. It is very difficult to park in the surroundings, so if you are arriving with the car, tell us before so we will arrange for you a parking place.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We have all documentation needed. Please ask.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino airport is the nearest airport, and it is very easy to reach us also with train and bus.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can organize a pick up service from and to the airport.Please ask.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is "Corso Vittorio Emanuele" served by Bus n°64.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini station is nearby, and it is very easy to reach us via tram or bus.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  It is Piazza di Spagna, at 300 meters.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not, but at just 20 meters far from the apartment, there is a lovely turkish bath - SPA.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
