• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 10pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are per person if daily price, and per apartment if is weekly.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We do not offer breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are apartments on the ground floor, and there are apartments on the first floor with stairs to get into.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all apartments are independent from each other.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide all linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but every apartment is in front of a 6000mq. garden.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All apartments have a colour television but no satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is no air conditioning.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a dining room in each apartment.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is parking but no garage.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport or we can contact them for you.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  Yes, about 3 km. away from us.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  On Via Braccianese km. 11, in front of our entrance.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Cesano.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
