- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, breakfast is not included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, as you prefer. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak Italian and English. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 4 floors in the buildind but Casa Howard is situated on the second one and there is an elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, our rooms are very quiet and romantic. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, they do not. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Only the Zebra room does. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
No, we do not. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Yes, there is. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, there is not but you can call everywhere in Italy for free from the entrance (no cell phones). - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is. It is individually controlled and there is no extra cost. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, we do not but all rooms have ADSL lines should you need to connect your laptop to the Internet. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
No, there is not but there is a public parking nearby. - Where can we rent a car?
Via Veneto. - Which is the nearest airport?
Both airports are at about 30 km far away. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we do (extra cost). - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Piazza Barberini. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Termini railway station. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
Piazza Barberini or Piazza di Spagna. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
There is a Turkish bath for up to 3 guests. - Are pets welcome?
No, sorry. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, there is not but there area is plenty of restaurants. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can.
