Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age.
The following mandatory hotel-imposed fees are charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out. | Cancellation Policy | |
Deposit & Gentlemans Agreement: Compulsory DEPOSIT of 1 or 2 nights. UP TO 15 DAYS from your arrival date you will only lose your deposit - WITHIN 15 DAYS you will be considered to pay the remaining part of your stay which is at check in,or through debiting your card in case of no-show.It will not be possible to have a REFUND unless we can give your room out again,in this case we will return part or all the charge (also your deposit) according to the nights we sell.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
