 Located 100 meters from Rome's Spanish Steps, our guesthouse on Capo le Case 18, is a very intimate accommodation. It has 5 comfortable double bedrooms with fabrics from Paris or China, all individually colour schemed: the Pink Room, the Blue Room, the White Room, the Green Room and the Chinese Room. Casa Howard Rome accommodation on via Capo le Case was opened in 2000 and resembles an English-style guest house, although inside a historic Roman building near the Spanish Steps.
Walk up the marble steps and enter a haven of peace and quietness after the hustle and bustle of the Spanish Steps area. A cosy, charming Rome accommodation, resembling the private house of a stylish friend, with high wooden-beamed ceilings and parquet floors, and 5 rooms, decorated with taste and comfortably furnished.  Casa Howard was established in the year 2000 by Jenifer Howard Forneris, a name already well known in the world of High Fashion. Five rooms were opened in the year 2000 in Via Capo le Case, close to the Spanish Steps. In January 2003 five new rooms were opened in an historic palazzo, also close to the Spanish Steps, in Via Sistina 149. These last five have been redecorated by the same architect - Tommaso Ziffer - who also did the interior decoration of Rome's most cool grand hotel, the Hotel de Russie.
Since the inclusion of Casa Howard in "the 30 best Hotels in Europe under 200.00 $" by Traveller USA, many others magazines have written about it. Casa Howard is not a hotel. Whether an apartment, palazzo or farmhouse, each Casa Howard is a beautiful house which gives personal service, and where some typically "hotel" ideas, methods and services have been borrowed". "It's like staying in a friend's house"- as guests you get the keys of the house, in case you come in late (but housekeepers are there 24/24). |
