| Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. |

| Cancellation Policy | |
Compulsory DEPOSIT of 1 or 2 nights. Gentlemans Agreement:-UP TO 15 DAYS from arrival date you lose it -WITHIN 15 DAYS you have to pay the remaining part of your stay - which is at check in, or through debiting your card in - case of no-show. It will no longer be possible to REFUND you unless we give your room out again, in this case we will return part or all the charge (also your deposit) according to the nights we can sell out and only retain bank commissions.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
