we were met on the station by Martina - the doughter of Luisa (owner) - by car and she brought us to apt.
it was smaller than we expected from the pictures shown on the site, but still enough for two+kid (those who are going to have a whole day of walk and look)
...
very nice location. no i would say - PERFECT for those who like to get feeling of Rome as it is.
very nice owners
Martina, Luisa, thak you very much.
...
easy, just put keys on the table and close the door
...
size. For us it was OK, but from your pictures it looks much bigger. and this may cause you a negative feedback from those for whome it is important feature. People should know what to expect. all the rest is fine
You mai pay more attention on the location. It is really really good. Again, please poit out the noise, for those for whome it is important
...
perfect location, if you are two and need a romantic and you like to see, feel, touch a heat of Rome - this is perfect place to spend a week

The owners were absolutely wonderful - helpful in everyway. The apartment was in a perfect location, clean, tidy and ideal for a more Roman stay.

+ good kitchen and bathroom, comfortable
room

- bed very soft
...
Good place to stay, but noisy during the
night, because there are a lot of
motorbikes in front of the house and
audibale people from the pubs around on the
street

We found the apartment fairly easily and the owner was very warm and welcoming. It was a treat to find fresh flowers, chilled sparkling wine, and a fridge and kitchen well stocked for breakfast waiting for us.
...
The apartment was very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. It is a bit noisy outside at night in lively Trastevere, but we didn't come to Rome to sleep. We would stay here again.

...
The owner had arranged for a cab to the airport for us and it and she arrived right on schedule.
...
Anyone wanting an early night should not stay here as it can be fairly noisy at night, but that is part of the charm of the area.
...
A comfortable apartment, a very friendly and helpful owner, in an interesting area of Rome. It is well located for getting around to other parts of the city...on foot or by bus.

Walked far from street to get to apt.
...
The apartment is much smaller than the
website makes it appear.
...
We did not realize in booking the apt. that
we had to pay in cash rather than by
credit card.
...
You have to carry your luggage several blocks to get to the cab stand since cabs cannot get into the tiny Trastavere streets.
...
A small, clean, studio apartment with a wonderful location a block from the central square of the Trastavere district (with a beautiful church). Cafes and affordable restaurants everywhere. Can be noisy at night but not too bad since the apartment is on 2nd floor. A great base for touring Rome in that you return each night to the cozy and lively Trastavere neighborhood where something is always going on outdoors (music, book sales, etc.). Lots of grafitti makes streets look gritty but you have to see beyond that to the charm of the medieval streets. The apt. was pretty snug with 2 adults and 2 children, but the location made the squeeze worth it. Kitchen very small and we never used it.
