• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 12:00am, Check Out before 11:00am. We need to know your arrival time. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We offer both Self Catering and Bed & Breakfast rates. When not included, Continental Breakfast can anyway be later required for 7,00 Euro per day per person.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bill has to be settled on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and italian always. According to who is checking you in, german, dutch, spanish and russian might be available. Would you need assistance in one of this specific languages upon arrival, let us know and we will arrange it.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  3 floors, we don´t have an elevator, but some rooms are on the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Casa della Palma "lives" on its nice green and quiet corutyard, just a few steps from everybodys room.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are non smoking. Smoking is allowed only in out courtyard.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV is available.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  We offer free of charge local dialing calls. For all the other needs we are able to offer very smart direct dial, using international phone cards at an extra charge. The international card we are offering at the moment gives 200 minutes calls not mobile to Western Europe/USA for 5,00 Euro, and you can use it from your room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Room are aircondioned, and there is not extra charge for it.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, but in the courtyard there are a couple of bigger tables you are welcome to use.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a shared internet point: the access is offered for free, but since it uses our telephone/DSL line, the connection has not the same reliability of a professional internet point, which operates on dedicated non telephone lines. 3 Internet points are within 3 blocks around us.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but we have a special arrangements with a private parking right in front of us.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Stazione Termini 1.2 km.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Rome Ciampino Airport is closer, but the Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci has a better public transportation connection with the city center.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We are happy to arrange pick-ups for our guests at a very reasonable rate.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  50 meters away is the closest tram stop, line 3 for Villa Borghese, or Colosseum, or Trastevere, we are very easily connected with any interesting spot in the city center.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Roma Termini Central Station, at 1.2 km. from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  1,2 km, but there is not need to use the underground to visit the city center.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Unfortunately not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but 40 restaurants in the next 4/5 blocks.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Not yet.
