• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 4pm until 8pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, including continental breakfast, service, taxes, air conditioning and free use of internet connection.
  
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, we do serve continental breakfast in the room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  A credit card is required to guarntee the room, than you can pay cash or credit card when you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The owner speaks French, English, and some Spanish, and as a native Roman, his wife is French native, she speaks Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are on the 3rd floor and there is the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Casa Montani is located in the centre of Rome which is the location to visit the city. Double paned windows ensure a nice, quiet sleep. We guarantee a home away from home where you can take the room key with you and the rooms are better than 5 stars hotel.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms and the lounge are no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes you have more than 100 international free channels and pay tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is Seasonal individual air conditioning included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Each room offers free high speed internet PC, if you don't have your own PC you can ask the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there are 2 private garage 100m from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a Parking at 300m from the hotel
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino airport are both located within easy reach of the hotel by public transportation.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have a shuttle service.

  There is a bus stop just over the building
• Which is the nearest railway station?

• Are pets welcome?

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
