Hotel was nice , clean and perfect, and everybody was wonderful. There is a problem with the booking, and we didn't have a disabled room, but they arrange this problem the second day.
Wll visit Caracciolo hotel next time!!!

There is only one disabled room, and others, except those on the first floor, are all accessible. Staff is simply wonderful.

We arrived before check-in time and were allowed to sit in the lobby area while our room was prepared and then were allowed to check in early. We had just arrived in Italy after a long flight and were most appreciative of having our room early.

Would stay here again. The staff was helpful with directions and suggestions.

We were asked to pay the day before we were to check out so the morning we left all there was to do was that they called a taxi for us and it came quickly.

Helpful staff, clean facilities, adequate breakfast, near train station. Would stay here again.

It was not as close to the centre of Rome as i was expecting, but the staff where very helpful at organising taxi's.

Pictures on line were exactly what we received. The room was clean and very adequate, water pressure was great and hot. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Location is not what I would select again. A little to close to the terminal, great for convenience but the crowd is a little seedy.

We requested a Double bed and when we arrived had twin beds pushed together, this in my mind is not a double bed, we requested a change of room and could not receive one, however on another request the following morning we were moved to a double room, twin rooms should not be advertised as double rooms
...
The area is very limited for places to eat and does not feel all that safe at night
