RESERVATION CAN BE CANCELLED UP TO 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE WITHOUT ANY FEE FOR LATE CANCELLATION OR NO-SHOW 1° NIGHT FARE WILL BE CHARGED. IN CASE OUR GUEST DECIDETO LEAVE THE HOTEL IN ADVANCE FOR ANY REASON DURING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREED WHEN THE RESERVATION WAS MADE WILL HAVE TO PAY IN ADDITION TO STAY ON EVEN THE SAME AMOUNT UP TO 50% DAYS OF OTHER IN CASE YOUR RESERVATION IS PREPAID NOT REFUNDABLE YOU MUST PAY THE ENTIRE SUM (100%) ACCORDING TO THE RESERVATION
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 72 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
