Excellent location! ... This apartment is in a great location... Piazza Novona... The nearby square has restaurants, a market and a Farmers Market on Saturday.. an alley of great shopping and easy access to taxi's, horse carriage rides and walking distance to every site. 2 bedrooms, air conditioning, a shower that takes a while to warm but it does.

When I arrived at the airport, I called Rita and she was helpful about arranging the meeting time. However, she didn't have much information regarding the buses to get to the apartment. For future reference, bus 64 takes you from the Termini along Corso Vittorio Emanuele and the stop is 2 minutes away from the apartment. ... The apartment can be noisy late in the evening (expecially on the weekend) because of the restaurant downstairs. In addition, there are a lot of birds that can wake you up in the morning. I didn't mind because I come from a big city but some people may need to know this information. ... A nice apartment in the center of Rome, minutes away from some of the most amazing places like Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Trastevere area where you find great restaurants and nightlife where the native Romans go. The apartment was cosy and spacious with lots of facilities that made me feel like home such as kitchenware, coffee maker, minifridge and a big TV. The bathroom was very modern with lots of water for nice showers at any time of the day. I strongly recommend this apartment and I will try to come again next time I visit Rome.

The arrival was confusing mostly because we had no cell phone and the taxi driver was exceedingly grumpy and not willing to phone. If we had not had a friend in the Campo de' fiori, this would have been very difficult, particularly at night. What we did not know, and did not even try, was that someone was actually waiting (I think) at capo di ferro, because we were instructed to phone Rita. So -- partially it was our fault.
The Rooms at capo di ferro were fantastically beautiful, the view onto P. Spada most appreciated. Nights and evenings were unexpectedly quiet. We were most happy with the excellent heating on demand in each room as it got very cold during our stay. One of the delightful extras was the old man who sells fruit early in the morning at No.22. Things that could be improved: the mattress on the bed in the bedroom sags and is uncomfortable. the bed in the living room was very good. The kitchen equipment would be much improved with the addition of sharp knives. Very difficult to cut salami without a knife... Also, a teapot for English and American guests would be appreciated.
... see above under comments on arrival. A tourist map of the Centro in the room on arrival would be a great help to people who have never been in Rome. ... As we left at 4:30 in the morning, there was no check-out. We simply left the keys. ... Make sure guests understand that there is no telephone service. Otherwise, it is difficult for me to say since I know the area around Campo de' fiori reasonably well and was not surprised by anything other than the quiet at night which I did not expect, given the proximity to the Campo. The big discovery was the fruit seller at No. 22. You might include the fact that during the day it is difficult or impossible for taxis to get to the door, so people should expect to carry their luggage themselves. (Also, our taxi driver assured me several times that the Palazzo Spada was on Vittorio Emmanuele and would not go any further until I demanded to be taken to P. Farnese at least) ... A wonderful and quiet place to stay if you want to be central -- looking out at Spada alone is worth staying there. The price is very good. Accommodations include everything you need (except a good knife), the rooms are well serviced and supplied.

Very very friendly and helpful staff- no fuss or hassle which made our stay V enjoyable. The studio was lovely. Perhaps one suggestion would be to have a look at the hot water situation - it seemed to last two minutes then run out!

Rita and Fred were waiting for us at arrival as planned. Worked out well. ... Terrific location; generally nice and peaceful. Open air and supermarkets nearby. ... Would love to stay here again for next visit to Rome. More kitchen accessories would be helpful: elec. coffee machine, cutting board and knife. WIFI connection would also be very useful. ... Great place to stay. Huge windows looking to Palazzo Spada. Nice and quiet.

The apartment was spacious and clean. My only complaint would be that the main living area needs floor lamps. There is very poor lighting in the main living / dining area after sunset. A microwave would have been nice. Overall, we were pleased and would recommend this unit to others. And yes, we would consider it for ourselves on a return visit. Location could not have been better. ... Better lighting in main living/dining area is needed. Recommend a couple of floor lamps and a coffee table would have been nice. ... Fabulous location, clean, spacious, plenty of hot water (thought small shower space)and quiet. Loved it.

I requested the one bedroom, but was given the studio. I did not realize the voucher stated it was a studio until I was already in Italy. Fortunately the one bedroom was avaliable and we were well taken care of and allowed to move. ... Both the one bedroom and the studio are wonderful. The location is outstanding. ... Very well located on a quiet piazza in the middle of old Rome. One really gets to experience a Rome not usually afforeded by a stay in a hotel. Convenietnly located to all the sights, yet not in the middle of all the tourists and hustle.

Lovely. ... Pacefull, lovely, in the middle of Rome.

As most people use a cell phone on arrival, it would have been helpful to have provided the contact telephone number with the international dialling code. ... No information in the apartment regarding the local shops, taxis, medical assistance or contact numbers in case of any problem with the apartment.
... Very basic level of accommodation considering the cost but clean and very well situated.

Since we did not communicate after checking in, we left the keys inside the apartment ... The set up as to glasses, and dining utensils are not complete. ... Fair sized apartment to stay with family as long as you can keep the bedroom door open for the air conditioner on the living room to cool the whole aprtment, if you want privacy expect to deal with a warm room.

In order to check in, one has to contact the owner/concierge. However, the telephone number within Italy is not fully clear as in Italy one does not seem to use a 0 prefix for inter-communal calls. ... Most of the above is not applicable. However, the pictures on the website seem to be a bit dated. This was expected to be a B&B without Breakfast. However, this was rather an appartment. It was not mentioned on your site that there was no cleaning woman, no soap etc available. Daily wake-up call by the garbage collectors was a bit of a nuisance. ... Not having any additional services, we found the price of € 90 per person a bit over the top. However, one pays for an excellent location in the epi-center of all of the important sites of Rome in wlaking distance. ... Bathing room in the 4-person apartment is a bit Spartan and rather meant for 2 persons. ... Fantastic location, quite expensive and no-frills.

There was a man waiting to meet us at the property he was very polite and welcoming. I was on crutches due to breaking my foot and he very kindly carried my sutcase up two flights of stairs to the apartment, I would aoppreciate my thanks being passed on. ... It was disappointing that there were no kettle or toaster facilities at this property. ... I would describe the accommodation as basic, a few more facilities in the property were needed.

I think it should be more clear how to get there. The best way is to stop at trastevere train station and take the tramway. Not going to Termini. ... Everything was clean, very very clean. The worst is the noise at night. It's very unpleasant. There's a bar just downstairs in the alley next to capo di ferro, where the windows open to, and it gets very noisy at night and very early in the morning. It's the only bad thing. ... It's a shame that the checking out is at 10AM. It's a bit too early in my opinion. Especially if you are not leaving Rome til noon,... Regular 12AM check out would be interesting.
