• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price. It will be served in an elegant and quiet bar just out of the apartment, in Piazza Farnese. It consists of a cappuccino, a croissant, a juice and a toast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, the heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can. However eventual extras have to be paid at check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors and we do not have elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  The linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they don't.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they don't.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have also non smoking apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there's TV with Italian channels. Sorry no satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Sorry, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning. It is included in the price and you can turn on it when you want.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we don't have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There's no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A parking area and a garage are available near the apartments, but you need a pass to enter in the historical centre(ZTL).
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car when you arrive at the airport or at train station, but there are also a lot of car rentals in the city centre.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport in Ciampino, 20 km; the other airport is Fiumicino, 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do have. Send us a request some days before your arrival and we write you back the best price.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, 200 metres from the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Termini, the main station of Rome.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is Spagna, 15/20 minutes from the property (on foot)
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets are welcome: we only recommend to use bags to collect pets' delivering, by law in the historical centre.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't, but we are able to recommend you a huge variety of very good and cheap restaurants, pizzerias and trattorias.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
