• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price and is served at the Canova Tadolini Caffe Museum located just underneath the hotel.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and we do have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are very quiet and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do, because all our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a 32" plasma flat TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is individual controls in every room, it is offered all year round and there is no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but we do have Internet access(modem plugs) in all the rooms.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, the nearest parking is in Villa Borghese or Ludovisi.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask at the front desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do. Ask the reception for the cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Via del Corso (2 min. walking distance).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway station is "Spagna" or "Flaminio" (line A).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not but there is a Jacuzzi bathtub in some rooms.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small pets and on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, is the famuos Canova-Tadolini restaurant on Via del Babuino 150.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet directly from the room with your own laptop.
