- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room, including buffet breakfast, service, taxes, air conditioning. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, buffet breakfast is included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Payment is required upon arrival. Although we accept credit card and it is required to guarantee the room, we prefer cash upon check-in. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Italian and English spoken. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 2 floors and a lift. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, our rooms are quiet. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, there is a Sat/TV in all rooms. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Each room has air conditioning and central heating. It is important to be comfortable-cool when it's hot and hot when it's cool. These conveniences are included in the price of the room. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, we do not but there is wi-fi access. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, ample parking available. - Where can we rent a car?
Fiumicino airport. - Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
Not in the immediate neighborhood. - Which is the nearest airport?
Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) airport (2 km). - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we do. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
There is a bus stop just opposite the entrance of the hotel. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Fiumicino railway station (2 km). - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
There are no convenient subway stations here. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No. - Are pets welcome?
No, sorry. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
The restaurant is located in our sister hotel, Hotel Mach 2 located 200 metres fa from us. It is a fine restaurant specialized in seafood and traditional Roman food. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can. There is wireless Internet access with pre-paid cards available at the reception.
