• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our rates are per room, per night and include american buffet breakfast, service and taxes.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The Breakfast is included in our rates and is a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle your bill on your departure date, so that also your extras will be included in it. Anyway, you will be able to settle your bill whenever you want, as it is always ready to be printed.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Spanish and Italian are spoken in our hotel.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has 5 floor and also an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Some of our rooms are situated in a courtyard, so they are quiter than the other ones, but all of our rooms have double-glazed windows, so noise from the street is blocked.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of our rooms have a little balcony facing into a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some of them do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have a whole floor with no-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All of our rooms have a TV and many international channels are available.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Every room has a private telephone, both in the bed room and in the bathroom.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All of our rooms have self controlled air-conditioning and it is free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we don't but nearby our property there is an internet point. Anyaway, you can have easy free access to the wireless internet system, with your own portable computer.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we don't have a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We do not have a garage, but near our hotel there is a private garage, with some parking places at our guests'disposal.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We are located near the main train station, Termini Station, where the major car rental company have their office, from where you can easily choose your desired car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino "Leonardo da Vinci" airport and it is about 30 Km from Rome.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we don't, but there is a train leaving every 30 minutes to/from Termini station (500 meters away from us).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is 50 meters far away from the hotel and it is the 492 bus stop, leading you to the Historical centre.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  It is Termini station, 500 meters far away from our hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground stop is Castro Pretorio, line B, 30 meters far away from our hotel, leading you to the Colosseum, Roman Forum etc.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there isn't, but not far from the Hotel, (inside Villa Borghese) there is a beautiful fitness centre, with a beauty centre too.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they aren't.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there isn't, but in the surrounding area there are a lot of restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
