Quite convenient for the city, very near the subway station. Room very spacious and clean. Bathroom a little cramped, but otherwise fine. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Very quiet neighbourhood, plenty of shops nearby. Particularly convenient for Vatican museum. Good value for money.

To specify more that the BB is on the third floor and guest should sign up for this condition before payment is proseded.

Very good location, clean and good service but you have to be very carefull how to handle things. The room seemed to be decorated by DIY and everything was very fregile.

Need better directions if not arriving by cab. We walked from train station & got lost for quite a while.

I expected a firm regular style mattress with box spring. This was more like a roll away bed mattress, not very comfortable. Breakfast was good and always on time making it easier to go sightseeing. Also, I thought en-suite bathroom was directly attached to the room, not in the hallway.

Excellent location to the Vatican, train, & Rome metro for visiting all of Rome's beautiful sights. Very clean & quite. Host was excellent.
