• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from midday until 11pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A large continental breakfast is included in the price, with coffee,tea, scones, butter and jam, fruit juce.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are located on the third floor of a five storey building. There is no elevator but there is an electric lift for luggage and/or physically challenged people.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV but it has no satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, we do not have air conditioning but an electric fan is available.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Leonardo da Vinci in Fiumicino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange one.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Andrea Doria or Circonvallazione Trionfale, only 5 minutes walk from our property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Line A stop "Cipro-Musei Vaticani", 5 minutes walking distance: walk to Piazzale degli Eroi, take Circonvallazione Trionfale, then first to the right is Via Tommaso Campanella.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
