• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 10pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Since we give to each guest the room keys we request the balance upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The residence only has one floor and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms are quiet and private, decorated with yellow tones that create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The Orchidea has a very nice terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, same rooms are provided with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we do. Please advice us if you should prefer a non smoking room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are equipped with TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The Orchidea is equipped with air conditioning.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  The Orchidea has an internet connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but there is a garage 5 minutes far from the residence.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Cars can be rented at the main railway station Tiburtina and Termini.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are two airports in Rome. Leonardo Da Vinci and Ciampino. Each of them is 30 km from the center of Rome.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Transfer by private car could be arranged on request. Price depends on number of people and luggage.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus stop is exactly in front of the gate, at only 50 mts.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Tiburtina Station is 150 mts from the Residence.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Nearest underground stop is Tiburtina, line B, 150 mts from the Residence.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, no pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant but we can book for you in some of the typical restaurants that you can find nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Only Orchidea is provided with computer and ADSL.
