- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 1pm until 10pm, Check Out before 10.30am. It's kindly asked the envisaged time of arrival. Late arrivals must be communicate before at least 72 hrs before. If such information is not received as indicated above we shall not be held responsible for any delays or for not being available for reception. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
Prices are per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Breakfast is included in the price. We offer a continental breakfast. - Is heating included in the price?
Yes, heating is included. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. We ask for payments by cash, credit card or cash dispenser. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak Italian and Spanish. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Our Apartment is situated on the second floor of an ancient palace that is equipped also with a lift. The Apartment is located at the 2nd floor. There is the elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, all rooms are quiet. - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, they are included in hte price and furnished. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No, they do not. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they do not. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. All apartment is not smoking AREA. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
Yes, there is a Tv in all rooms.. Threre are only italinal channel (other scrambled). - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
No, there is not. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is air conditioning in all rooms with no extra charge. It's only in Summer. - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes, there is a dining room with large kitchen. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Yes, we do. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
On request. There is a safe and external private parking at 450 mt. far. - Where can we rent a car?
Most car rental agencies have offices in Rome within walking distance from us. Otherwise you can rent a car at Ciampino or Fiumicino airports or near Termini station. - Which is the nearest airport?
Our B&B isabout the same distance from Ciampino and Fiumicino airports. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we do, upon request (extra charge). - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
On the main street down the B&B building. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Termini. Six metro stops away from the B&B by subway line "A". - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
About 100 m far from the B&B. The nearest stop is "Ottaviano-S.Pietro". - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
No, sorry. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, the Apartment hasn't got a restaurant but the there many fine resturants nearby that offer typical Italian cooking. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can surf the Internet (56 kb) from all rooms and it is free of charge.
