• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast includes cappuccino/coffee/milk and a fresh pastry.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle up your account upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speak fluent English, Spanish, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 6 floors, we are at the 5th floor and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of our rooms face to the internal part of the building so you won't hear any street noises. We offer only private and romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and fresh towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, the rooms do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  In each room you will find SAT Tv with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is no balcony.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is an individually controlled air conditioning all year and free of charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, there is a not a common dining room but in each room there is a dining corner.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have a PC available for all Guest. The use of the PC, internet and wi-fi internet connection is free of charge.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we do not have a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There are several parking garages near us. Rates vary depending on the size of the car. The garages are covered and guarded. You may risk parking in the street, however, you are likely to be fined.
  
• Where can we rent a car?
  If you do plan to drive to Rome and drop off or pick up a rental car, most of the major agencies have dropoff locations near us, just off the via Veneto. It is not necessary to pick up/'drop off your car at the airport or train station, both of which are less convenient, and will cause you to spend more time and money than is necessary. Please ask us for the nearest dropoff/pick-up location for the agency you will be using.
  
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Ciampino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can provide a private car service for pickup and drop off. Rates vary depending on the number of people and amount of luggage.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is Via Piave.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Termini (10 minutes walk or 3 bus stops).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The closest metro stop is Repubblica (Line A) or Termini (lines A and B).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, no pets are accepted.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is no restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can connect your laptop through wi-fi.
