The room was not ready for us on arival but the staff were very polite and aftere leaving our luggage for an hour and going for a drink I returned to find everything in order. The young receptionist was extremely helpful and cannot be faulted.

The location is perfect for the centre of Rome and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful in giving directions and suggestions of sights to see.

The room was fantastic. Very convenient location from the station. Many of the main sites within walking distance.
While breakfast was more than adequate and convenient, we did have one morning where we had to wait for other people to finish their breakfast as the kitchen can only deal with one set of guests at a time. Suggest kettle in the room to solve this issue. Would not hesitate to recommend, had a wonderful time.

I would say the room is a good price. It is very close to the train station that takes you anywhere you want to go. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly.

Had we not known, through reading a previous client's testimonial that we had to check in at Hotel Romantica it would have been quite scary because there was no one at the Budget B&B.

Luckily we had read a client's testimonial stating that we had to check in at Hotel Romantica.Otherwise we could still be waiting for someone at Budget B&B next door!
The room was clinically clean as well as the bathroom. I've seldom seen such whiter that white towels Eventhough the bathroom was external it was only for our private use. This was very satisfactory, especially for a very basic hotel.

If you want a spotlessly clean, warm room,a good substantial Continental Breakfast and a hotel in a convenient situation, within walking distance of most places of interest, friendly staff and good value restaurants on your door step Budget B&B is the place to stay.

the receptioist was very helpful as we had a few changes to make with another hotel we were to be staying at and the gentleman on reception helped us by calling the hotel and translating.

Only one negative: no soundproofing to bedroom so the moment another guest makes breakfast you wake up.

A small Map to guide to the B&B would be helpful, as this area of Rome has many accomodations. Also maybe a better signing of the B&B would help.

Geting from the airport to the street was very clear, however there were no Budget B&B signs at the street number.On asking nearby we were soon escourted to the reception desk, which is hidden from view by a lift. So a sign by the number on the street would be very helpful.

The reception is in the Hotel Romantica which is 2 doors down the road, we could buzz through from the other place but he was bemused we didnt come to reception.

Very useful Rome accommodation. You get what you paid for but it was what we wanted.

Please have someone waiting there and put some chairs aroud the compound so that if the owner is not there to welcome us at least we can sit after a long journey and laugages while waiting. We were lucky there was a kind soul who allowed us in who booked the same hotel. And one more thing have a Phone in the apartment and that will be great. Overall inside the B&B was good, clean and plenty of food.

Dear Sir/ madam,
We loved to stay in Your Budget B&B - everything was the way we were told.
We would defiantely live there if we vist Rome once again.
Also we were pleased with one most important thing - the Receptionist could speak English - very well - she guided us about the city - tourist places and the facts of going around in Rome on our own.
Rome is a very strange city - but Budget B&B made us feel at home.

Courtyard was sporadically noisy due to trash-emptying employees and entering residents who likely had nothing to do with Budget B&B and over which Budget B & B probably had little control.

I mislaid my wallet in the room on departure; the proprietor contacted me by email to apprise me of this fact and we arranged a mutually convenient time for me to come and collect it. Nothing had been removed from it

Directions to correct staircase within courtyard would have been helpful as the signs are very small. However, once we found the B&B we were very happy. The girl who greeted us could not have been more helpful.

Budget room, comfortable, clean and basic. Liked the common kitchen, nice to make a cuppa any time you want. Very good for getting transport, beside station (buses, tour buses, metro and trains). Very close to real italian restaurants and not expensive.

On the Saturday morning, breakfast available and nice.
But on Sunday morning, nearly nothing available for breakfast in the kitchen, this was a bad surprise, staff should for see how many guests are staying and get the correct quantity of breakfast...

We were unfortunately delayed by 2 hours on the train getting to Rome. Claudia, who waited for us, was most courteous about this, despite the obvious inconvenience this caused to her.

Very quiet 1st floor B&B a few yards from the main station in Rome. Unstaffed, but excellently maintained, and breakfast foods left for own use. Ask for rooms 2 or 3 if possible which have en-suite bathrooms - room 1 which we had has its bathroom along a corridor.

Upon arrival in Ciampino I called the phone number stated on my voucher and got directions how to get from termini to the hotel (which is by the way about 3 minutes walk)

The room is tiny but that's not important since we were in the room only when we were sleeping...and here comes the first problem: isolation is quite bad and you can hear everything...even when someone next door is taking a shower. We had bad luck for the first two days because our neighbours were coming back late at night drunk and making a lot of noise...otherwise the room is clean, bed is ok, breakfast is italian style (croissant, marmelades, coffee/tea, juice).
It's a cheap B&B so don't expect luxury here...

Arrived at the accomodation address but no one was there. Finally got in touch with a person located just up the road who had the keys. Perhaps the instructions as to how to get the keys could have been a bit clearer.

Directions to get to the reception were very confusing. Both myself and my partner (we arrived seperatly) spent 15 minutes attempting to find the reception and after, the room.
