Maria showed us to our room and went through the normal arrival process. She spoke sufficient English to make us feel welcome as we spoke only a little Italian. ... The only thing that we missed in the room was a safe. There was one fitted to the wall, but could not be opened. Obviously it would have been more convenient if it was available during our stay. Overall, the 'room' was more like an apartment with a small kitchen and facilities. Most convenient. ... Maria and her husband were both on hand which made things very easy. He called a taxi for us which arrived in less than five minutes...as promised. ... The 'room' is really a reasonable sized apartment with good facilities...it is in a great location being very close to the Colosseum, Forum and other 'must see' sites of Rome. We walked everywhere and did not need to use the Metro. A well stocked supermarket is directly across the street from Boschetto House, with internet faciliites nearby. ... As above, but we would add that we would love to go back there and just wander through the old side streets, visit the quaint local restaurants and just enjoy everything about it.

We arrived at 10pm - a lot later than I thought. The house was difficult to find b/c the number was hard to see and we were unfamiliar with how the houses are numbered. The cab driver didn't know either. A map or cross street would be helpful. ... The apartment was adorable and I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends. Great location. Great style. I wish I had this apartment in the states. It was bigger than depicted in the photos online. Very cute. ... neighborhood facts. very close to colosseum, train station, etc. I thought a bottle of wine was supposed to be included. ... Adorable, newly remodeled apartment. Makes you feel like a local. ikea stle. exposed brick ceilings like a wine cellar. new fixtures. they provided towels, soap, shampoo, etc.

Extremely good value for money, very clean and modern with nice decoration. Felt a little bit like a 'home stay' much better than a hotel. Superb location, nice staff. So much better than we expected, the first time a web site doesn't lie !

Directions to the property that you published online told us to go to the Hotel in Via Milazzo 20 and so did the voucher... but when we got there the reseptionist asked what we were doing there...we should have gone straight to the Boschetto house! He was helpful thought and phoned to our apartomento to tell we where coming and a taxi... So it was bit confusing. ... We enjoyed our stay in Boschetto House. ... Checking out went smoothly and without problems. And we got help getting a taxi to the station. ... There is a Mini-Market opposite the Boschetto House where you can by food, drinks and other stuff. Its great if you want to prepare breakfast, cook yourself or if you have special diet. ... Private, nice and cosy and centrally located. Good place to stay and explorer from the sights of the eternal city...

Only issue I would note was Maria's (the lady who ran the house) lack of English, which made communication difficult. ... The one issue we had was noise. There appeared to be work being carried out upstairs which caused lots of noise. Without this we would have been very pleased with the accomodation.
