• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment and per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, it is not included, because we offer self catering accommodation.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating or air conditioning are included in the price for a stay of maximum one week. For longer periods we will charge an extra cost.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill should be paid on arrival, just the extras at check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and Portuguese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are five floors in the building with the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the apartments are quiet and private and few of them look on St.Peter's Square.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Three apartments have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is the satellite television in the apartments.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is the air conditioning in 25 apartments at no extra charge for the first week.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is the dining room in all apartments.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an Internet point close to the laundry.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not the swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a parking close to the property.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Near the property, at the station or at Fiumicino airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino airport at about 25 km from the property.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request and extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are many bus stops close to the apartments.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Roma Termini station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest one is Ottaviano-San Pietro (metro A), only 10 minute walking from the property.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry they are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but there are many restaurants near the apartments.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
