The staff were extremely helpful and our luggage was taken immediately to our room. We were shown the room and even given the choice if we were not happy with the room we could have our room changed.

The staff are amazing,so professional and friendly. The location was perfect for exploring Rome.
A big thank you to Mr S. Silvestro who was a true star and understood the meaning of superior customer service and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The suggested several restaurants that turned out to be excellent.

I believe the website states there is a courtyard area at the hotel and there is not unless you book a suite

Room not ready at 13:00. Had to wait 20 minutes but this was not a problem

Room was fine but air conditioning was not working and as weather was warm room became stuffy. As our room overlooked the road if the windows were left open it was noisy at night and difficult to sleep. Was told as it was April air conditioning not switched on in the hotel despite literature stating air conditioning was included.
Also food menu was displayed in the room as available daily but during our stay the dining room was closed for evening every night. We therefore went out each night which did not present a problem but I feel if they advertise food available it should be.

No problems and cases were looked after for the day as we did not leave Rome until the evening.

Good quality hotel at a reasonable price for the area. Would suggest check that air conditioning was operational if going between March and October.

The room I have stayed in need to be
renovated. The furnitures, carpet and the
curtains were too old and either damaged or
dirty and did not meet my expectations for a
4 star hotel.

Quite and central hotel with spacious rooms
but decorated with old furnitures... do not
expect much as decorations of the rooms.

We didn't see your link for directions, so getting there ourselves was a NIGHTMARE! 90 minutes driving in circles through Rome one-way and restricted streets. Perhaps it would be nice to simply print the city directions on the confirmation.

I had paid for a superior room, but the room No 408 was very small in comparison with others on the same floor of the hotel.
