 The historic center is at your feet. Crossing the Tiber you are at Pantheon, with Piazza Navona and Campo de' Fiori; on the Campidoglio, to the Foro Romano, to the Coliseum, to Fontana di Trevi, and then Trinità dei Monti, to the most famous roads for shopping; coming down on the other side of the Gianicolo hill you are at San Pietro. |
 All attainable destinations on foot, for those who love to walk and enjoy Rome in the best way, or with the bus that stops close to home. Il Boom, il bed and breakfast, is in an optimal position, in the Town center (historic center). It's not a case we have chosen to live here permanently! We are in a residential area, calm, dipped in greenery, and we dominate Rome (Via Dandolo is considered from the real estate agencies one of the most prestigious roads of the town). |
 At the same time the most important areas of Rome, the most ancient and characteristic districts (first of all Trastevere, in which we find ourselves) are only a few steps away. And the same for the many areas of artistic and cultural interest (museums, art galleries, archaeological zones), or places of entertainment (bars, restaurants, pizzerie, pubs, night clubs, shopping), sport and nature: a historic public park, Villa Sciarra, near our house, the Gianicolo Park, and the greatest and majestic public park of Rome, Villa Doria Pamphili, 200 meters away. |
