• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English & Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are three floors in the building, no elevator/lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartment has two large and magnificent terraces with a view of Rome, available for our guests.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Room Vitti has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms and the inside area is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in each room (no satellite TV).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  In each room there is air conditioning (summer/winter) and it's included in price.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a dining room where guests have breakfast in the morning all together.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  There is Wireless Internet Access in all B&B and also a PC available.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A parking could be available upon extra fee.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We can provide info.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Both Rome airports are at the same distance.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do (extra cost) with the help of an exterior driver.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus 75 and Bus 44 stop at 30 meters from our BandB. Tram 8 stops at 100 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Trastevere Station is at 1 km. Central Termini Station is at 4 km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Piramide Stop is at 1.5 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  One bathroom offers a jacuzzi bath.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, we do not...just because we already have three cats (and many turtles in the terrace).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  In Trastevere (at 300 meters), we own a restaurant, again called Il Boom, where all our guests have a 10% discount.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  There is a Wireless Internet Access.
