• At what time can we check-in and out?
  You may check in at any time. For arrivals later than 4:00 pm, we must have all of your arrival information, including flight and/or train numbers and schedules. Rooms are ready by 1:00 pm. If you arrive earlier than this, and would like to leave your bags at the reception, there's no problem. If it is possible for us to have your room earlier than 1:00 pm, we will do our best, but cannot guarantee this.
  
  Check out is 10:30am. However, if you have a late departure, you may store your bags at the reception.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room/apartment, and include tax, service, and breakfast.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included: hot beverage (coffee, tea and chocolate of your choice), fruit juices, toast, pastries, biscuits and cereals.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it's included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian, English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our rooms and apartment are located at the 1st and 3rd floor of a 9 floors building, with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, two of our rooms are off the street and very quiet. The general ambience of the B&B is private and intimate. If you are coming for a special occasion, such as anniversary, honeymoon or birthday, please let us know.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are supplied.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of our rooms and apartment have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, only the commons areas are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have a TV set; some are equipped with sat TV
  (international channels).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, the guests can use the phone at our office, local calls are free of charge.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The rooms with private bathroom are equipped with air conditioning at the rate of Euro 5.00 per room per night (optional). All the other rooms/apartment are equipped with fans.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is an eat-in kitchen where guests can prepare light meals.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have an ADSL line.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a guarded parking lot in the backyard of our building; the rate is 15.00 - 20.00 Euro per period (24 hours) depending on the type and size of the car.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Most car rental agencies have offices at the Termini (Main) train station, which is at 3 Metro stops from us.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Rome - Fiumicino (Leonardo da Vinci).
  Rome - Ciampino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We offer shuttle pickup to and from both airports. Rates depend on the number of people and amount of baggage.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In our square there are several bus stops, including 2 night buses.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Roma - Termini (main) at 3 Metro (underground) stops
  Roma - Tiburtina at 1 Metro stop or 10 mins walking.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The Metro (underground) stop "Bologna" has an exit at 30 metres from our main door.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there are 2 Gyms at walking distance.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is a breakfast room where we serve breakfast daily.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, but you can use our computer and ADSL connection.
