The owner contacted me personally via email. She appeard at the aparment 5 min after I called her from Termini.

I would expect fresh bread and milk for breakfast. The powder milk was old and spoiled.
Two packed croissants (one per person) was a bit too modest (for a price).
All the rest - quite allright. Rome compensated poor brakfast!

Colorfull decoration, spatious room, perfect location, clean, quiet at night, many restaurants in the neighbourhood.

I would really recommend it, very near the station and all tourist attractions. Mrs Emmen is really a very kind and friendly person which alone made our stay a success already.

Breakfast is a bit light for people who like to eat well in the morning (no jam, no butter, just rusks and a puff pastry with chocolate or jam filling...). We also hadn't one morning water in the bathroom (easy to wash ourselves...) and even we tried to reach our contact by phone no answer was given... (problem that was solved after while).

Breakfast isn't served : you have to prepare it by yourself in your room or kitchen accessible.

Nice rooms, comfortable and clean, close to the Termini station which is very convinient.

Room was very small and quite plain. Kitchen was also tiny but it was still nice to be able to use it for breakfast.

We had to wait a little while for benedetta but apart from that it was very easy.

she forgot that we had paid right at the arrival and asked us to leasve the money again at leave. but after remembering her it was ok.

There was no staff around during our stay. That's why I marked nummer 6 with 'never'.

A room in a flat. Nice and quite place. Nice furniture. Special rooms because of the diffrent colours. 'Selfservice' - small breakfast, not special but ok.
