  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The quoted prices are per apartment, but the price is different respect the number of people.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No, breakfast is not included.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, without any extra charge.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you have to pay cash on arrival.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    The owner speaks English and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    Ther are 4 floors, our apartment is at first floor. There is not a lift in the building.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, the whole apartment is very quiet and romantic.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, they are provided.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, there are no terraces.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, there are no balconies.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No, we do not.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, a TV with national channels only.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    There is the air conditioning in this apartment, and it is free of any extra charge.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, there is a dining room.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Being in the center of Rome you cannot park the car, but there is a public parking nearby.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Hertz and Avis car rentals are 15 minutes away.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Usually 45 minutes to arrive to Fumicino airport and 35 minutes to arrive to Ciampino airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes there is our private car for a pick up from the airport directly to the apartmetn and viceversa on request and extra charge, or a public system or a shuttle from Termini station.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The bus stop is on Via del Tritone when you go out from Vicolo Scavolino on your right side.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Termini: 5 minutes cab ride, 15 minutes walk.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    The underground is on Piazza Barberini 2 minutes distant from the apartment
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, small animals are welcome on request.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, but there are many nice restaurants and trattorias in the area.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you cannot.
