our room wasnt ready for one hour when we arrived but we went to the cafe bar on the corner and it was ready when we returned no problem.

ideal location near the metro gorgeous breakfast and everything you could want. Lift very antiquainted can only take 3 people at a time but was sufficient, I had very little kluggage but it could be difficult if you had a lot of luggage.spotlessly clean and friendly front of house staff

Very convenient for all sightseeing walkable to all places. very clean and spacious rooms, bathroom very clean but very tiny. Breakfast you were given a choice eat in your own room or on a terrace. We ate on the terrace as we were two couples adequate continental breakfast as much to eat and drink as you wanted. Staff very friendly although we couldn't speak the language.

The Receptionist introduced himself as Michaelangelo, a name easy to remember. He really made us feel welcome, took our bags to our room, gave us maps, etc.

We could not fault the service, all the staff were not only polite but they bent over backwards to assist us with directions, recommendations, bookings, etc. It was one of the best hotels we stayed at throughout Italy - at roughly the same prices!

Spacious room with modern spacious bathroom. Bright, clean and modern with extras such as DVD player, etc. Close to train station but fairly quiet location for Rome! Great staff and very adequate breakfast.

We fell in love with the City and will definitely be returning to Bellsuite Rome; it is modern, clean and central enough to walk just about everywhere. The staff were exceptionally helpful .. they arranged tickets for us to see a game of football which made my husband's weekend!

The hotel is easy to miss - you need to look out for the name by the doorway.

We used the mini-bar and were pleasantly surprised that the information in the room details all the charges made for items used. These were all very reasonable (some items were cheaper from the mini-bar than from near-by street traders!)

Perhaps better information about how to find the entrance once the raod is reached. For example, 20 metres down Via Modena from the Target Restaurant, on the left.

An excellent small hotel situated on one floor of a large building near Via Nationale (lots of shops and restaurants). If you're going to Rome - stay here and don't bother looking elsewhere!

Alessandro was very polite and helpful. We speak no Italian and his English was wonderful. Our accommodations were wonderful, neat and clean and just like the internet pictures. The use of the internet was a great plus. The only small draw back was the small shower, if you are a large person. But we were aware of that from the reviews we read and it was only a minor thing next to the rest of the place. The halls were bright and shining too. The breakfast was very nice for a continental, very adequate. If I were ever to return to Rome I would definitely stay at Bellesuites again. The location was excellent too.

Directions on web site said hotel was on left hand side of via nazionale but via modena is actually on right hand side.
Also it should be stated that Bella suite occupies a building along with other hotels as we were looking for a large sign for Bella suite but it was in fact only on the front door of the bulding. We would never have found it except that a nice man from the car park beside it showed us to it.

fantastic greeting--- friendly, helpful, gave dinner recommendations even though it was very late in the evening and offered to make a reservation for us.

The night concierge, Bruno, was particularly helpful. Always offering dinner recommendations, bringing breakfast to our room in the morning, and even retrieved my watch after I accidentally dropped it down the bathroom sink!

Bellesuite is a real gem in the centre of Rome... brilliant rooms, obliging staff and so much to see within only 5 minutes from their doorstep. If you don't like big hotels, but still want the same comforts they offer... Bellesuite is fantastic.

She was wonderful and helpful showing us to our room, explaining where everything was, and how it works etc. Very helpful about tours and recommended restaurtants for us.

We really liked the location was very handy to transport and shops, eating locations.
As it was extremely hot we can't say enough about how great the air-conditioning was it made our stay much more comfortable.

As we had a very early start the next morning we settled up the night before and it was arranged for us to have a cappuccino brought to our rooms, it was very thoughtful and much appreciated!

Good value for the money. If you want a hotel near Termini it´s a good choice. Located on the 'right' side of Termini. Very clean and quite. The latter is an important advantage in Rome. The staff very helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable during my six days stay.

Very friendly staff, always willing to help and say hello. Minimum noise considering a Capital City. Within walking distance of many attractions and transportation services. Ideal location, although night life on other side of town if looking for this type of holiday.

My stay at Bellesuite was wonderful. My room was larger than I thought it would be and the airconditioning unit was terrific. It was close to the train station and bus stops. It was very easy to get to all the sites. Breakfast was also very good.

The directions to Bellesuite Rome could have been better. The directions suggest taking the subway from the train station; when in actuality it is only 5-6 blocks from the hotel & took us, with our luggage, maybe 15 minutes to walk to the hotel.

Once at the Bellesuite the staff could not do enough for us.At check in our cases were taken to our room,we were then shown around our room, and provided with a local area map and shown the best way to see the city.

Two points that were not problems to us but might be to others were the Bellesuite is on the 3rd floor of a large building but it has a lift so no stairs to climb and breakfast is in a cafe around the corner.The cafe is very clean friendly and well run.

Although rooms were excellent quality, they were very close to major road. Traffic and street noise awful - even with metal shutters. Sleep affected - especially children - so wouldn't stay again. Other rooms probably quieter but were unable to move as all rooms occupied.

The hotel, in general, was adequate. However,
in a few areas it was a little rough around
the edges. For instance, the bedspread was
on the shabby side, with small tears on the
top. Some of the caulking in the bathroom was
a little sloppy/unattractive. And the
beautiful ironwork in the stairwells would
benefit enormously from someone just dusting/
wiping it down. It sort of sets the tone when
you enter the building and it currently
conveys a sort of 'fusty' character. It was
also a little annoying that the computer
(free computer access) was down, which meant
we had to seek out an internet cafe to do our
airline checkin for our return flight. Aside
from this the staff was helpful whenever
possible. For instance, the bed pillows were
a little 'thin' and when we asked for two
more to make it easier to sit and read in bed
at night, they were immediately provided.

I felt that i was mis-led on the location of the hotel. on the website it says that it is between the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain and that they are both 10min walk from the hotel. this in fact was not the case. trevi fountain was about 15mins walk and the spanish steps around 25mins walk.

It would be very helpful to say that to gai entry there is a telecom system on the right hand side of the door and that you then take the lift to the 3rd floor.

The receptionist when we arrived was excellent, directing us towards a nice area of town to spend the evening where we could find restaurants etc. The other receptionist in the morning however claimed to have called us a taxi (although it was obviuos that there was no reply to the phone number he was trying) and told us to wait outside. No taxi appeared and if we'd waited any longer we'd have missed our train - this spoiled an otherwise excellent stay.
