• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday (it has to be announced by email one day in advance at least), Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the payment is on check-in and in cash only.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak at the reception English, Italian, Spanish, Magyarul.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there are 4 floor, with lift in San Francesco a Ripa and there are 3 floor in L.Manara without lift
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the rooms are very silent and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not terrace but only windows with beautiful view over Rome.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have only no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there are Tv without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is and it is seasonal
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we do not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, it is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Fiumicino Airport or at Ciampino Airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Then earest airport is Fiumicino Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, but only on request and with extra charge. Big car for max 4 people.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are a lot of lines on Viale Trastevere, 2 minutes walking.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Trastevere Station, 1 km away from the property.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  In Trastevere there isn't any underground stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, but only small size and on request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but downstairs there are many of the most famous piezzerias and restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
