The area of San Lorenzo is very good and safe also in the night, directly and easily connected by bus and trams with all the interesting spots of the eternal city. Popular to students due to its close proximity to La Sapienza University. The area boasts numerous restaurants, clubs and bars. B&B University is located 1 km from Termini Railway Station and 1,5 kilometer from Tiburtina Railway Station and Terminal Pullman. It's on number 32 of Via dei Sardi at the corner of Via dei Volsci. Arriving at number 32 just buzz the brass entry phone. The B&B name is signed posted on the buzzer. |

From the airports to the train stations
Roma Fiumicino Airport-Leonardo da Vinci FCA has a small 3 track train station from which you can either take the Direct Train to Roma Termini (scheduled every 30 minutes, leaving on the 7th and the 37th minute of every hour from 6:37 to 23:37) or, LEAST EXPENSIVE BEST TIP - take the Local Train in the direction to Orte or Fara Sabina or Poggio and get off at the 8th stop, at Roma Tiburtina Station (scheduled every 15-20 minutes, from 5:57 to 23:27) when you are in Tiburtina station you can easily take 71 bus and get off at the 8th stop (Marrucini Sardi).
Roma Ciampino Airport CIA is the closest airport to town, but, having a lesser number of flights landing there, it has no train connection to the center of Rome. The least expensive option to reach us is a bit complicated and long, but quite inexpensive. You would have to take the Airport shuttle (about every 30 minutes) to Anagnina then take the metro and get off either on Vittorio stop or Termini Stop both at 1 kilometer from the B&B.
From the Train stations
From Termini you can either Walk for 1 km until the B&B or take the bus lines 492 or 71 both from the station. |
