• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In any time, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room, and include tax, service, air-conditioning and Italian breakfast.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price of the room. We serve an Italian breakfast, with fresh pastries, pies, cookies, croissants, sandwiches ... everything coming from our bakery! We also provide coffee, espresso, tea, cappuccino and fruit juices.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating and air-conditioning are included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak very good English and Italian. We speak a little bit of French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 5 floors and we don't have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all our rooms are not directly on the street, therefore are very quiet. The general ambience of the B&B is private and intimate. If you are coming for a special occasion, such as anniversary, honeymoon or birthday, please let us know!
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide crisp linens and fluffy towels (shower and face towels). We also provide shampoo and shower soap.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  The entire B&B (rooms included) is non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room has a TV without internations channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning included in the rate of the room.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, but we have a breakfast room where all the guests have breakfast together.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we provide free high-speed access to the Internet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, but there is a fitness center only 3 minutes walking, with a swimming pool that is open only during the summer.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but you can easly park your car outside the B&B. The area is really quiet.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many car rental agencies only 10 minutes driving or they can be reached taking a bus.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino. It's 15 km far away.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We offer shuttle pickup to and from both airports. Rates depend on the number of people. Please ask the reception desk for information.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It's "Casetta Mattei/Cantelmo", 700 mt far away from the B&B.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Stazione Trastevere, and you can reach it by bus.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest Metro stop is "Cornelia" (about 6 km) and you can reach it taking one bus, the 889.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, no pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, but you can connect on the Internet using our laptop located at the reception.
