• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The quoted prices are per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The Italian style breakfast is included in the daily room rate.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating incluted in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can. However, if you settle the bill on departure day upon check-out, eventual extras will be included with room charges, too.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Japanese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  B&B Il Tesoro is located on the 5th floor; the building has a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All rooms are quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We have a roof garden with a wonderful view on St. Peter's Dome.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  One room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are equipped with TV (no satellite).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are air conditioned, included in the daily room rate.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We don't dispose of a dining room, but we have a roof garden.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In case you wish to use Internet, please ask us. The price of the connection is not included in the room rate.
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  With pleasure upon arrival we will indicate you a garage at a short walking distance (5 minutes) from the B&B. The daily rates depend on the size of the car.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Cars can be rented at Termini railway station, 10 minutes by metro from our B&B. At Termini station you will find the offices of the most important car rental agencies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are two airports in Rome: Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino. Both are about 30 km from our B&B.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Transfers by private car to and from both airports can be arranged on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Numerous buses can be easily taken to all places of interest at Ottaviano stop which is located at a short walking distance from our B&B.
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini, 10 minutes by metro from our B&B.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  B&B Il Tesoro is located just next to Ottaviano metro stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, no pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we only serve breakfast. However with great pleasure we will recommend you various nice restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias in the vicinity of our B&B.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
