The location is excellent and the rooms were well furnished and spotlessly clean. Light sleepers will need earplugs, however; but this is the case in almost all big cities if one sleeps with the windows open, as I do!

As described above. I would highly recommend it. In fact, I will stay there the next time I travel to Rome and may want to inquire about a monthly rate!

The host was very helpful in giving an extended introduction to the transport system in Rome which was invaluable during our time there.

This property is situated in a very convenient location to see the historic sites in Rome with short bus journeys. The view from the balcony is of St. Peters.

Very nice accomodation and lovely staff (alwayls helpfull (taxi transfer from airport to B&B) and courteous). Nice view on St. Pieter from the 9th flor.

The rooms were clean and the bathrooms execllent and ultra-modern. the breakfast was poor. We had to decide the night before what we wanted to drink, no choice in the morning for coffee, tea etc. The pastries were pre-packaged store bought items. We are accustomed to fresh pastries and rolls. We would also suggest the addition of some fresh fruit. None was available.

Explicit directions would have bee helpful, but driving in Rome is very difficult at best. The street signs are nonexistent or difficult to find until you are past them.

I would describe it as clean comfortable accomodations at a reasonable price, within walking distance to the Vatican. I would also suggest to them that they plan to have breakfast elsewhere or bring your own.

There is no telephone in the room. Messages are recieved through the owner`s personal phone.Except for this the room was as expected.

Arriving at the front door, it would have been nice if there were instructions as to where to go (i.e. which floor or room number). A lady on the first floor eventually stuch her head out her door and pointed up, but did not speak english so could not tell me what number I was looking for.
