• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

  Yes, breakfast is included in the price of the rooms.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?

• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The rooms are on the 9th floor. There is an elevator (lift) in the building.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are quiet, private, romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linen and towel are provided for the rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, there are two rooms with a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is satellite TV in the breakfast room. You can also have a TV in the room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is no telephone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in all rooms at no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?

  There is a payment garage near the B&B.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car an 'AVIS' office at 50 m from the hotel.

  Fiumicino Airport is at about 30 km from the B&B.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have a shuttle service on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At 10m from the B&B, bus number 70.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station is at 5 km from the B&B.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  At 400 m from B&B, stop St.Peter Ottaviano.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
