Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Baby cots are included in the price.

| Cancellation Policy | |
Following penalties apply: 1) 1 day debt from cc if notice is not given within 15 days of arrival date. 2) 50% of entire cost for no-show and no advance notice. The payment is cash at check in if possible. Pagamento in contanti al arrivo se possibile.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |

Check-in : check-in is possible between 11 a.m. and 6.30 p.m.
IMPORTANT : estimated arrival time must be provided at the time of booking or at least one day prior to arrival, and arrivals outside these hours must be pre-arranged directly with the B&B via phone or email.
Check-out : it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m. |
