• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per night per room/apartment, including buffet breakfast, service and taxes.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental buffet breakfast is included in the price and it is served from 7.30 to 10.30am.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Central heating and air-conditioning are included in the price. You can adjust it in you room.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Payment is required upon arrival. Although we accept credit card and it is required to garantee the room, we prefer cash upon check-in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Joanna, who is the manager of the B&B, is native Polish and speaks fluent English and Italian. She can also speak some German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our B&B is located in a 18th-century building, where unfortunately there is no elevator. Reception, breakfast room and our apartment are located on the first floor, the rooms - on the second floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Most of the rooms are on the internal side. Moreover, they all have double sound-proof windows which ensure a nice, quiet sleep. Upon arrival our guests receive the magnetic cards that allow them freedom and independance in coming and going out, without worrying about curfew.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Towels (shower, face and bidet)are changed every day and linen every three days. We also provide slippers, shampoo and toiletry set.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  B&B Trevi Roma is in an 18th century building with no terrace or courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room offers a flat screen TV with remote control.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There is a direct line in each room. Fax facilities at reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Each room has air conditioning an central heating. These conveniences are included in the price of the room.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is no dining room in our B&B, only breakfast room. But on the ground floor there are two typical Italian restaurants of the same proprietor and our guests get special treatment whenever they eat there.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Private garage on request is very close to B&B Trevi Roma.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the Termini station where all the major car rental companies have their offices.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino airport are both located 30km from the city center and easily reached.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We will be happy to organize a transfer from/to the airport at extra cost. It's roughly half an hour ride from the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via del Tritone - 50 metres form the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station - 2km from our B&B, 5 minutes by bus/underground.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Barberini - line A of Roman Metro.
  You go down in via del Tritone and follow directions for the Trevi Fountain, we are 50 metres on the left, in a nice square, next to the restaurant "Il Chianti".
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are accepted.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  On the ground floor you can taste typical Italian food and wine in one of our traditional restaurants: "Il Chianti" and "Le Tamerici".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can connect your modem at any time.
